WFHS DECA focuses on empowering our members through upskilling. DECA’s competitive events program directly supports our chapter’s mission of education and career development.

As one of the most prominent chapters in the DECA community, our school curriculum is seamlessly integrated with DECA’s industry-certified standards with the career clusters of Marketing, Business Management, Finance, and Hospitality & Tourism. DECA’s process of evaluation includes a test, roleplay, a prepared presentation, and a manual. The items needed to be completed are dependent upon the event. Students compete at the region, state, and international level. Students are eligible for scholarships and other opportunities depending on performance.
